We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the home office team with direct report to our Executive Director of Hotel Development. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, a quick learner who enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and a team player willing to help others as needed. This person will thrive in an environment where ideas and creativity are valued, innovation and growth are ever-present, and change is seen as the norm.
Our successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to organize and complete multiple tasks at once, maintain an ever changing ‘to-do’ list and meet demanding deadlines. They must be extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products, experienced in general office duties, and know how to take initiative when working unsupervised. Our Administrative Assistant will be willing to tackle any task including research, data entry, running errands, event planning, creative marketing, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking inventory. Proven ability to manage projects independently, following up on orders and inventory is desired.
Experience or knowledge of the hotel industry is ideal but not required.
This is initially a part-time position of 25-30 hours a week, with potential for full-time as needed. This is not a remote position.
