Will Report To: The Manager
Experience: 2-3 years
We are seeking to hire an animator to craft amazing experiences in accordance with the briefs given. You will have to nail the art with perfection and in a time bound manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
To be able to interpret design solutions with high visual impact
To be able to designing for marketing such as ads, social media, websites, newsletters, and events
To designing for the brand and internal needs such as business cards, stationery, posters, t-shirts, welcome kits, flyers, handbooks, and signage
To establish and maintain company’s design standards and guidelines
To be able to work closely with other members of the team to ensure a consistently high quality of output from the team
To maintain quality, efficiency and consistency across your work
To be sensitive and respectful of deadlines
To be able to creating infographic.
To be able to editing graphic and video content for company social media accounts and marketing content
To work in coordination with the digital marketing team to understand the ongoing trends and accordingly work on animations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in designing and animation
Should have preferably worked in Advertising and Commercial industries
Should carry a high passion for Creative Arts, Quality and Visuals
Must have solid understanding of motion graphics, composting and editing principles (including 2d/3d animation, particle systems, roto, and tracking, 3d renders passes).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
Possess strong composition, colour and design, typography and layout skills
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas – Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc
