Purpose of Job
Maintain 5C’s for production department: Classify, Clarify, Cleanliness, Clean-up and Conditioning.
Schedule/Hours & Additional information*
Hours 1st shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Major Responsibilities
Clean under all racks, machines, workstation and aisles. Pick up all litter and dropped parts. (Return all dropped parts to TL’s on each line) Clean SMT Tac mat
Verify Part numbers on Roller rack signs and update as needed, inspect for wires being tied up and off the floor, tie up as needed. Inspect and replace tape and location markers. PM tape dispenser machines on GM lines. Supply tubes and bottles of glue to glue machines. Dust chair rails, guard rails, fire extinguishers, top of cabinets. Vacuum ionizers.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement projects through tasks as instructed by leadership.
Clean all production windows, swinging doors, vacuum around station legs and along mats Dust display meters.
Dust Trophy cases, vacuum lights, tents, pointer presses, roller racks, Complete monthly department 5C audit check sheet.
Clean and wax floors.
Additional tasks as requested. i
Minimum Experience, Education and Knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as a team member,
Communication
Teamwork.
PREFERRED Knowledge, Experience, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing environment hand assembly
Safety – work place environment, Ability to learn equipment operation IE floor scrubber ,lift etc.
