Responsible for Switchgear Sales in the assigned territory,
Identifying & visiting potential customers in Industrial, Building, Solar and Data segment customers and generating leads
Working closely with back-office sales team, marketing team, coordinating with production team for successful closer of order & dispatch.
Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
Individual contributor to drive the Industry | end user segment with key focus on strategic and target account.
Customer mapping and close collaboration with the internal and external stakeholder.
Retain the existing Industry client and convert the New account in the assigned territory/market.
Prospect for New segment and to increase the share for Power switching and monitoring.
Creating Business forecast/Market Potential/ Competition analysis.
Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach.
Increase footprint of innovative and new offer in market.
Process driven and fully align with Organization goal and priorities.
Diploma with 10-12 Years of Experience/ Electrical Engineer with 7-10 years of sales experience in switchgear.
Technically sound on Switchgear product, Should have knowledge about switchgear, Power gear and Metering.
Must be good in handling Distributors |Dealers, Panel Builders and contractor segment customers.
Skill and Competency
Good communication and presentation skill.
Well organized and system oriented.
Team Player and collaborative approach.
Understand market dynamics/ trends.
Competition landscape Technical and Professional.
