Job Summary:

Maintaining DUSQ (Dedicated Updating Service for Quotations) ensuring it is updated promptly and accurately with any new and/or amended Vehicle Data. Updates are delivered to our customers every working day; therefore, organization and prioritization of the workload is essential to ensure deadlines are achieved. Accuracy is also a major requirement as it is essential our database reflects correct and up to date information for our customers to use for their quotations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analysis of new data received against the Database according to Priorities, Service Level Agreements and data input cut off times
Timely and accurate input of any new or amended Vehicle Data.Record all data input/changes clearly and accurately in defined format.Maintain Workflow Records to ensure outstanding work can be monitored accurately.General Administration tasks as designated by the Team Leader

Qualifications:

Experience/Education:
-Prefer Graduate / Postgraduate from background – BBM, B.Com. / M.Com, MBA with 0-1 years of work experience.
Post Secondary Education, training or equivalent experience / Minimum 1 years office experience
Computer Literate

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Able to work on own initiative – Required
-Attention to Detail – Required
-High Level of Accuracy – Required
-Good Time Management Skills – Required
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook – RequiredKnowledge of Motor Industry – Desirable
