Roles and Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling daily Clearing & Settlement activities of the Local Custodian back-office. Complete E2E and not just pertaining to a specific process in Settlements.
Handle heavy volumes and pressure on daily BAU smoothly.
Handle E2E of Debt Trade Operations.
UAT of the back-office software for the Clearing & Settlement.
Interaction with Clients for operational issues.
Liasing with market participants (Regulatory bodies, exchanges, brokers, DPs etc) for smooth functioning.
Work actively towards better checks & controls by continuously challenging the existing processes.
Other ad-hoc duties as may be required from time-to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
1..Good knowledge of Capital Market
2. Thorough knowledge of Clearing & Settlement (equity and debt)
3 Well versed with all rules and regulations of Debt
