1. Receiving enquiries from Customers and sending quotes to them in the prescribed format.2. Following up with Customer for purchase order.3. Procurement of Products – Domestic and Non Domestic, as per the PO received from customer.4. Preparing of quotations.5. Preparing of Purchase orders.6. Follow up on invoices with customers for payment.7. Reports to be submitted on weekly and monthly basis as per format provided.8. Manage Accounts like Accenture, Philips, etc. by sending quotes received by them, servicing orders received, uploading invoices, following up on payments, resolving issues, if any.9. Payment Collections.10.Sourcing products and building the Sourcing Directory.11.Vendor Management – Ensuring the payments are made to vendors on time.12.Any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,719.00 – ₹24,188.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)
