Higher Expectations is searching for candidates who are energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable Budtender, who can provide timely service and create an exceptional experience for all of our patients.
Minimum Requirements:
21 years +
Experience with point of sale cashier systems
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and currency handling skills
Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, and reach for extended time periods.
Posses a positive and amenable attitude as well as strong communication skills
Able to function and thrive within a fast-paced, high performance, retail work environment
No drug convictions in past 7 Years
Responsibilities
Posses the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with patients
Consistently learn products and develop cannabis education
Provide recommendations based on the patients needs and assist with purchase decisions
Responsible for managing cash register and ensuring accuracy is maintained between sales and pos
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Adhere to internal polices, protocols, and processes as they reflect legal guidelines
Ensure cleanliness in all areas
Educating clients on “menu” of various cannabis products, to continue to provide the highest level of customer service
Skills
Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
Experience in data entry
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Active listener with excellent communication skills
Easily adaptable to new policy changes due to State requirements
Ready to learn, hands on
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma
* Working knowledge and/or proficiency about cannabis and cannabis products
* 3+ years customer service
