Full Job Description :-
We are looking for experienced Business Development Directors who can find and develop new strategic partners to help us promote and recommend our growing portfolio of services. Omega is in hyper growth mode and seeking high-performing executives with a proven track record of crushing their sales quotas and being highly compensated for their results. Your mission is to find and engage strategic partners that will promote our portfolio of services and recommend their clients to Omega.

You are the Ideal Candidates if You Have:

5+ years of commercial selling experience targeting business owners and executives
Experience in one or more of these roles: CPA, Payroll, PEO, Wealth managers, Commercial finance lenders/brokers, Insurance Brokerages (Life and Workers Comp), Credit Card Processing Providers
Prior experience establishing and/or leveraging a strategic partner channel to accelerate client and revenue growth
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Ability to engage and communicate effectively at the executive level with small to mid-market companies
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or other business related degree is preferred
Collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fun and fast paced environment
Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage a pipeline of prospects
Ability to think strategically and target the right strategic partners to grow revenue and profitability
Prior experience selling finance and/or accounting services is strongly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sales CRM utilization
Growth mindset with a passion to learn and reach your full potential
Ability to travel (local and nationally) 25% of the time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
