We are a fast-paced, growing Dermatology office looking for the right candidate to join our team. The right candidate will pose a friendly and professional persona, and is eager to learn. This position requires phone and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and paying close attention to detail.
Responsibilities of our Medical Receptionist include but are not limited to:
– Answering phones
– Scheduling appointments
– Input and verify patient insurance coverage
– Personable and polite in manner whenever speaking with the patients
– Entering data in an accurate manner/verifying that existing information is accurate
– Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
– Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions; maintaining the reception area
Skills/Qualifications our of Medical Receptionist: – Productivity and Time Management- Organization- Attention to Detail- Documentation Skills- Analyzing Information- General Math Skills- Resolving Conflict
Full-time position with full benefits, after 60 days.
At least 1 year of medical office experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
