Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Segment Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing campaigns end-to-end. In this role, you will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to use the different content artifacts such as Webinars, Case Studies, eBooks, etc. that the team develops and drive organic and paid marketing promotions to drive awareness, downloads for content assets and ultimately product sign ups.
Responsibilities:
Create and own the execution of the monthly campaign calendar and be accountable for campaign success metrics
Own the campaign copywriting (including creating landing pages, social media promotional copies, paid ad copies and other organic promotional content such as blogs, newsletters, etc) and be in charge of repurposing content to maximize outcomes from every campaign
Drive the co-marketing campaigns with other Freshworks business units and our integration partners.
Own goals and performance metrics for every campaign; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement. (In short, you will have the freedom to execute creative experiments, as long as you put solid measurement guardrails in place.)
Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm.

Qualifications
Requirements:
4+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation and/or Field Marketing positions – experience managing marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS products is preferred.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with sales, partner teams, and customer success teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Knowledge of multiple B2B marketing tactics and using a wide variety of channels to drive a 360 degree marketing campaign
Experience managing the entire campaign lifecycle from creating landing pages that convert, to writing ad copies, social media promotions and managing the post-campaign email nurture journey.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and an impeccable attention to detail while working in a rapid-growth phase
Ability to measure continuously, and optimize for performance
