Job Description
Our team is looking for suitable candidate for a trade settlements function.
To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Perform trade reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting to mitigate risk and increase issue transparency
Knowledge of the technical infrastructure that supports business & effectively utilizes infrastructure for daily tasks.
Ensure all transactions are correctly matched for smooth settlement
Pre-matching and settlement of trades
Actively participates in firm-wide strategic initiatives identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in the daily workflow
Delivery management, cross depot stock movements – identify and instruct Payment processing SBL intraday activity, escalation and resolution of failing trades,
Resolution of Cash and Stock breaks working closely with Reconciliations team and verification of manual instructions
Continuously participate in projects involving new system implementation, process improvements, etc
Take ownership of work, problems, clarify issues / objections, and ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness
Working closely with the Business (Desk Heads, Global and Regional Business Managers) to understand their needs / priorities / issues
Work closely with technology partners to design the right solutions and implement requirements for future state, focusing on the priorities and efficiency saves.
Perform cost benefit analysis to propose optimum future process to the business
Requirements gathering for the build of the future state, clearly documenting workflows, E2E processes, controls along the lifecycle and new roles and responsibilities

This individual will have extensive contact with front office, clients, global teams, custodians and other business partners on a daily basis. Key skills required are listed below:

Ability to pick up complex systems architecture easily
Experience in driving global initiatives and affecting change in a large organization

Be innovative and suggest system improvement capabilities.
Ability to multitask, ensuring the trades are booked correctly, breaks are resolved and MIS being sent to managers on deadlines.
