We currently operate three Brands which include ‘Deja Bowl’, ‘Barf Soda Paani’, and our flagship – ‘Rang De Basanti Dhaba’ across six cities and twenty locations. ‘Zing’ is amongst the fastest growing F&B companies in the country. Growth can be messy, and unorganized, but also engaging and super-interesting. We are trying to strike a balance.Responsibilities:Recruit, manage, train and develop the kitchen team;Ensure monthly communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated;Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation;Identify an effective approach to succession planning;Manage department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management;Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets;Be environmentally aware;Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins and other departmental and financial targets;Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, special promotions, functions and events;Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas;Ensure that staffing levels are maintained to cover business demands;Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team Members;Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions.Requirements:Excellent planning and organizational skills;A creative approach to the production of high quality food;Previous, relevant experience as an Executive Chef or a high-performing sous Chef in a first class property, required;Excellent leadership skills;A business focused approach to managing a hotel kitchen;Ability to build relationships, internal and external, to the restaurant and the Company;Excellent communication skills;A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required);Ability multi-task and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:wearing mask , proper sanitaizationApplication Question(s):Dou you know about the position ?Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Chef: 8 years (Preferred)total work: 8 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Bengali (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
