* Cluster Manager – Payments – BNPL/Senior Cluster Manager – Payments – BNPL

Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Will get exposure of Team Handling with Area Sales Manager(s) handling North And East India Markets. • Will get exposure in handling not just retail aspect of the business but also marketplace business of BFL. • Relationship development & management – Assist Zonal Head in business development efforts. – Develop relationships with key decision makers for business development. – Regular partner engagement with MISs performance update sharing. – Liaising with Partners to roll out promotional offerings across product lines available at stores – Proper relationship servicing • Process Set-up & management – Process set up at all partner counters & manage smooth operational processes through internal BFL stakeholders. – Training of store staff on the product process proposition etc through BFL sales team. – Managing BFL sales team to drive transactions at stores. • Driving Commerce from Enrolled Retailers and Marketplace – Monthly sales planning & sales promotion plan closure with each relationship – Driving visibility @ point of sale – Create metrics to drive store productivity identify gaps and implement corrective measures – Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets. – Managing marketplace brands for west which will including regular interaction with partner brands and internal stakeholders to drive business. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • MBA with 7-10 years of experience • An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels – Front line business operations and senior management. • Prior experience in a Sales & Marketing / Relationship Management/Key Account Management would be an added advantage. • Should have good communication & strong presentation skills • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. • Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter • Should be comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
