Full Job Description :-
Requirements: Minimum Associate degree in any area of study; proficient with MS Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat; must have own transportation for daytime and evening meetings that need to be held face-to-face; working knowledge of property management, insurance, real estate, or law is a plus.
The Association Manager’s tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Conduct regular meetings (mostly Evening Meetings held remotely) with owner association Boards of Directors as required and submit minutes to the Company Officers and the respective HOA within 30 days as required by California Civil Code.*Provide documents (including but not limited to agendas, the minutes for the prior meeting, and other documents for Board meetings) at least four days before the board meeting date*Respond to all e-mails, voicemails, and communications (including but not limited to those for board members, residents, tenants or the Company) within one business day*Participate in preparation of annual operating and reserve budgets and oversee, assist with, and/or complete reserve studies*Compile appropriate variance and reserve allocation reports*Update Association Management system as needed with all outstanding developments and issues related to the Associations managed and coordinate with other Employees to ensure completion of tasks*Must have own transportation for daytime and nighttime meetings held in person.
*For candidates with a real estate sales license, property management experience a plus.
Work Sites: Our office is located in Sunnyvale. Client associations are in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County and Alameda County. Most meetings can be held remotely depending on the specific topic(s).’Work Location:

Pay: $60,000.00 – $93,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:FT Managers are required to work from the Sunnyvale office at least 2x/week, masks required only if unvaccinated
