We are seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed, content and communications specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a range of strategic content and communication projects that support employees during life events where they’ll need leave from work, or accommodations.

This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work backwards from sometimes ambiguous requirements to strategically design and execute high-risk and high-visibility content. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering purpose-led content and communications, and has proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of stakeholders. Above all, you will keep the employee experience top of mind to develop content and processes committed to improving the employee experience globally.

Key job responsibilities

Content:

Write customer obsessed content in partnership with Compliance, Legal, and process SMEs.
Write content and advocate for the customer experience in development projects of new tools and communication channels
Develop, manage, and execute high-risk and high-visibility strategic communications (for example: employee-facing materials, organization-wide messages, talking points, frequently asked questions, articles).
Project management: Work with project owners to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on commitments, timelines, deliverables and understand when to escalate.

Program improvements:

Look for opportunities to improve our approach by designing, and executing on ideas to scale that support our stakeholders and customers.
5+ years’ internal communications and/or content management experience, preferably at a global organization
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view within concise communications
Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Experience in HR communications and/or HR content management is highly preferred
Experience leading a team of communications specialists
Experience developing and implementing communication plans
Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials
Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities operate in parallel

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $73,000 – $129,400 yearly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
