We are seeking a Content Marketing Director to join our lean marketing team who can clearly articulate our brand to the world. This person will develop and deploy various content needs and materials for the EverC brand, and execute on marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.

Create and articulate a strong value-driven message to the market through owned and earned marketing channels. Lead conception and development of content that educates enterprise financial companies about EverC’s solutions. Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all content. Support customer engagement, acquisition, and retention by developing and executing content programs for marketing, sales and customer teams. Monitor content performance through channel analytics, using trends and data to provide timely and relevant content that resonates with our audiences. Own content calendar and internal requests to streamline execution to ensure our content continually raises the bar and aligns with industry updates, while reaching business goals. Support ABM programs with the development of personalized content experiences for target accounts. Manage vendors as needed in order to ensure content production needs are met. Partner closely with global teams across multiple time zones from product, engineering, sales, and customer departments. Stay current with digital marketing trends, potential new channels/vendors, and strategies.
Bachelor of the Arts (BA), the Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or equivalent degree in marketing, journalism, or related field. 5+ years of content marketing experience in the payments or a related financial industry. 2-3 years of startup experience in a B2B SaaS environment. SEO experience and knowledge of best practices for B2B technology solutions. Exceptional writing and editing skills and experience translating complex concepts into digestible content. A collaborative attitude and ability to communicate and manage relationships with a variety of internal team collaborators. Deadline-oriented, autonomous and organized project manager, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a semi-virtual position that requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. HubSpot and PR experience preferred but not required.
