We’re looking for a full-time Content Marketing Manager to create and manage a content strategy that drives customer acquisition and engagement to Jobscan. Aside from these duties, you will also manage a small team of content writers and being the final release point for the content team’s work. You should be motivated to leverage data to drive insights and guide content strategy. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
What you’ll be doing
Craft a strategic content marketing plan, focused on driving revenue and impact, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing. Produce engaging, industry-leading editorial content, that supports marketing and other strategic initiatives and drives results. Develop thought leadership content (i.e., white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, social media posts) by collaborating with subject-matter experts. Manage the blog and editorial calendar while overseeing a team of content writers Support the creation of social media content that aligns to business goals. Regularly update web copy and digital content on the company’s website in collaboration with experts in SEO and design. Analyze the effectiveness of content marketing and social media programs in real time by collecting data and producing reports. Ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies. Collaborate with internal teams through the content development cycle to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-strategy and support brand and business goals.
What you’ll need
A desire to be involved in both strategy and execution, and drive to be constantly scanning the market for opportunities to increase value. Strong project management skills with an ability to execute, move quickly, and manage multiple priorities. A track record of continuous learning and process improvement with a desire to share and apply best practices to drive high impact strategies + tactics for growth. An ability to embrace a fast-paced environment while still seeking ways to enhance performance. 3+ years of relevant experience. Native-level spoken and written English. Exemplary writing and editing skills, from short-form messaging to longer-form editorial content.
