Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound or inbound marketing activities, as well as a creative mind to help us stay fresh and competitive. MedschoolCoach will rely on the marketing professional’s ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers. You will be expected to prepare and present content ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, assist with both event planning and even support as well as research market trends and industry data to help us stay on the cutting edge.
Responsibilities:

Support marketing director in delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives
Manage + optimize Hubspot CRM
Write and edit emails, drip campaigns, company newsletters
Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
Edit blogs, website copy, and more for spelling, grammar, readability, style, formatting, consistency, and brevity
Fact-check details in content to ensure accuracy
Make recommendations for content revisions based on SEO best practices
Update and maintain client style guides based on client edits and feedback
Research and write content on various topics provided to you, including technical subjects
Manage your own time effectively in order to meet deadlines
Attend and contribute to (remote) client and internal meetings
Be creative, have a sense of humor, and be able to think out of the box with your approach to a variety of topics and themes
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit
Build skill sets and engage in ongoing education and training
Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, english, or related field
5+ years experience with marketing, sales, or advertising
HubSpot Certified
Google Analytics Certified
Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
