Position Summary:
The enterprise systems product marketing team is currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager to execute the go-to-market strategy and drive business growth of our engineering collaboration applications. We are looking for people who can help us tell the story of Bentley’s innovative technology and why our products, solutions, and services are the best in the industry.
Key responsibilities include a mix of digital account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation marketing, and general product marketing activities. You will work with the product marketing director to develop and execute marketing plans that help meet corporate revenue goals. You will work across the organization (marketing, industry group, user success, sales, third party) to develop effective digital content, craft positioning documents, deliver sales enablement materials, and support product launches. You will also work with a digital marketing team to continually assess and improve campaign performance and report on goal progress

Your day-to-day:
Develop successful GTM campaigns and tactics including online product pages, organic and paid social, videos, e-books, blogs, references, and more
Develop website copy, promotions, presentations, marketing and sales collateral, and ROI tools for each respective phase of the sales cycle
Build, test, and refine core messages and search engine keywords for the products for each target audience
Drive demand generation, analyze MQLs, and measure impact on the sales pipeline
Implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel
Gather and analyze market data (users, prospects, competitors) as input into marketing and product planning
Work with product management to understand product strategies and offerings, and ensure all product information is current
Partner with the sales and regional marketing teams on campaigns that create leads and drive business in key regions
What you bring to the team:
5+ years of software marketing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent practical experience
Success in product marketing, driving adoption and market momentum
Strong B-to-B marketing experience
Strong writing and communication skills required
Established portfolio of product marketing collateral, campaigns, videos, e-books, web pages, and other materials to showcase content development strengths
Must be computer savvy, have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred skills a plus!
Track-record of marketing tech products
Experience in the AEC industry
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM system
Experience with GoToWebinar or On24
Experience with eCommerce
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
This role does not require travel
