Position Objective: Deliver quality writing content that appeals to all NREIG brand audiences, attracts new clients and increases all brands awareness.
Essential Functions
Produce well-researched content for marketing materials, publication online and in print.
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content.
Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
Collaborate with Designer as necessary on marketing materials needed for any brand or platform.
Communicate and cooperate with the marketing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of brand/product website in search results.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content creation demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
Experience creating in the insurance space is a plus.
Impeccable grasp of the English language.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
Ability to develop content with strict adherence to the style guides of each NREIG brand.
Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with a small team.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organization and time management skills.
Able to work on multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously and manage time/tight deadlines accordingly.
