Full Job Description :-
As the Copywriter/Marketing Associate, you will handle the timely processing of data updates. Assist in reporting, analysis, creation, and modification of marketing material. Ensure all content is appropriate and in line with the standards and guidelines previously established. You will Collaborate within your department as well as others on various topics and questions as they arise in the content.
You must be self-driven with an understanding and willingness to were multiple hats. We are building an internal marketing department and all team members will on occasion be asked to do projects or learn new skills outside of the job description. Marketing experience and a strong grasp of the English language are a must.
Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting Experience: Proofread company’s pre-published content, checking spelling, punctuation, grammar, SEO standards, terminology, and semantics, proper trademark, and copyright use, interactive functionalities, as well as ensuring text adheres to the appropriate style and brand guides providing consistent messaging. All documents require legal copy and management of workflow during and through this process. Must be self-driven and communicate clearly.
Guest Blog Outreach: You will be asked to find, contact, and acquire Guest Blogging opportunities. This will be for multiple sites and cover multiple topics. You will oversee the writing, communication, and correlation between Guest blog owners and the in-house legal approval process. You must be able to do thorough online research and be accurate. We are not looking for journalistic writing but rather professional high quality moving educational posts. Topics that people want to read, that are simple and clear. Must have a willingness to learn SEO or (Search Engine Optimization) writing and take on additional responsibilities as requested.
Social Media Management Experience: (Hootsuite), Social Media Strategy Development, Social Media Multi-Vertical Platform Experience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and Snapchat. Must be able to design and create quality content for all social platforms. Must be comfortable with self-design skills. This includes the adobe suite, graphic design, and video ads or animation. Must be able to communicate professionally and represent a brand within the established guidelines.
Design Experience: The right candidate will be an expert in the Adobe Suite and Canva. Experience may include, Pinnacle, Final cut, CyberLink, Corel, and Premiere Pro. You will need to be confident in your design and editing abilities. This will include Video, static images, infographics, gifs, and other asset creation. You must understand color theory and basic marketing standards.
Social Influencer Marketing Experience: Must be experienced in Influencer outreach, Co-Marketing, and branding opportunities. In the modern world, influencers can be on social platforms, podcasts, youtube, blogs, microblogs, and photo sharing services. You must be willing to follow, chase and create beneficial marketing relationships and opportunities.
On-Site Optimization: Creation of blog posts, websites, and social account content proofing, writing, Yoast tasks, and more.
Social Media Advertising Experience: Social networks (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ad Network). Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr). Photo Sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest). Video-Sharing (YouTube, Facebook Live, Periscope, Vimeo, etc.).
EMAIL Marketing Experience: Mailchimp or Constant contact experience. You will create Email templates, setup campaigns, scrub email lists,
PPC Advertising Experience: Google Ad Network, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Ads. Microsoft (BING), etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or Education is preferred
2-3 years of professional writing experience with a strong knowledge of the English language
Strong knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meets, Hangouts, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat, as well as strong PC or Mac skills
