The Creative Content Producer will be responsible for creating and producing content for Amy’s digital platforms including social media. They will be responsible for contributing to and strengthening Amy’s brand identity and visual content creation. With a focus on content writing for digital marketing needs plus producing and coordinating photography and videography needs, they will engage and delight our consumers and enhance the overall online consumer experience. Will also support coordinating the overall strategic focus of Amy’s digital platforms, all it’s visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content. Will work closely with Consumer Engagement teams on all digital and social media content and the strategy around it. Primary duties will include copywriting, creative ideation, and leading execution of original content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Ideation & Creation – Copywriting, Photography & Video
Lead and facilitate content ideation through content brainstorms with in-house creative and external agency partners.
Collaborate on marketing calendar and content strategy with Marketing leadership and agency partners.
Write content for Amy’s digital platforms and social media.
Develop themes and work with designers on social media graphic creation and overall Instagram grid aesthetic.
Plan monthly consumer newsletter content creation that aligns with overall marketing strategy and goals.
Contribute to major campaigns with themes and strategies that best reflect the overall marketing objectives.
Plan photography and video shoots, create briefs, scout, and select locations (as needed), talent and other production variables.
Manage script and storyboard development for video content.
Work with Creative team to edit photography and video as needed.
Ensure that all produced content upholds the Amy’s brand standards.
Manage feedback from various internal stakeholders so that our products are accurately reflected to the end user.

Qualifications and Skills:
3-5 years of experience in content creation.
BA/BS in communications, design, or marketing related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrates excellent writing skills in a professional portfolio across multiple digital and print channels including web, social, email, newsletters, digital ads, and print copy.
Holds strong grasp of grammar, style, and on-brand writing.
Familiar with common web technologies (CSS and HTML) and design software for layout and publishing.
Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tactics; including email best practices, social media, SEM, landing pages, content creation, SEO research and implementation.
Up to date on digital and social media trends.
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance many projects simultaneously.
Manages time to deadlines with ability to prioritize projects and elevate issues.
Project management skills with the ability to pull and organize data.
Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate Marketing initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

A positive, strategic, and problem-solving attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to drive creativity and top of the range visual content are essential for this role.
