2.Work collaboratively with creative agencies to produce and deliver promotional materials, including- conceptualizing the key-art campaign, writing creative briefs for agencies, Series launch promotions; Episodic promotions; Behind-the-scenes promos & vignettes; Brand spots. Guide and direct project coordinators, video editors, sound editors and talent. Interface with talent and their management teams to communicate strategy and sell creative.
3.Ability to think 360 and collaborate with internal teams on extension of the core campaign thought across marketing arms of social media, digital, PR, brand collaborations, music marketing and more.
4. Ability to think and work independently, and be extremely solution-oriented in the approach.
5.Ability to think strategically and understand the “big picture” of a particular project/campaign, and the needs of all the stakeholders globally.
6. Organize, supervise and execute projects from concept through delivery and be skilled at ‘creative troubleshooting’ as required.

7.Commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget and on brand

8. Needs to work with other team members on creating break through campaigns across all platforms.

We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic thinker to direct third party agencies/creative professionals and manage all aspects of a campaign from concept through final delivery, ensuring that all elements conform to the brand. This position requires strong strategic creative sense, strong visualizing power to build a world-class creative campaign with great attention to details. The ability to manage multiple projects and large volume of in-house clients is essential. Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

A day in the life
A day in the life includes thinking of never-done-before ideas and strategies, and pitching them to key stakeholders. It includes being on shoots, interacting with talents, attending insightful research sessions, identifying creative partners and working back from customer needs to identify creative solutions.

About the team
The creative marketing team is responsible for creative solutions across teams of business, engagement, public relations, product, technology and more. This team works with both IN and global counterparts on projects across brand, show and service marketing.

1.Position requires 9+ years’ experience in advertising/TV/digital agencies .

2. Work should focus on 360 marketing campaigns, TV/Digital spots, OOH execution and showcase expertise of conceptualizing and supervising photo/video shoots. Examples that display both copywriting and art direction skills are necessary. Knowledge of media marketing is a great add on.

3. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
4. Must be an articulate and logical thinker, and be able to clearly pitch the creative thought-process to internal and external stakeholders
5. Must be able to understand brand strategy and be able to implement that strategy with innovative ideas. A strong and impressive showreel demonstrating a range of creative executions is preferred
6. Must have a thorough and comprehensive understanding and experience of pre- and post production of motion assets. Should be confident and well-versed in taking execution focused creative calls.

7. Should be able to negotiate estimates on jobs as well as stay on budget and follow through with all required legal requirements between third-party agencies and Amazon
8. Ability to manage multiple projects, leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
