Full Job Description :-
**This position offers a hybrid to fully-remote work schedule**
The Creative Director uses their experience and talent to lead Guardian’s branding and visuals including digital collateral, advertising, letterhead, video, business cards, and other collateral pieces.

Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to VP of Marketing, Direct Reports, or sales team.
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
Schedules and develops filming scripts and production.
Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
Collaborating with IT developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities.
Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media.
Keep track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends.
Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images
Ability to manage Guardian’s website design including revising both HTML and CSS formats.
Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics

Required Skills, Experience, Knowledge & Education:

Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.
Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on an assignment.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
Bachelor’s degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.
Proven work experience as a Creative Director, UI Designer or similar role
Hands-on experience with image editing software
