Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – • One point of contact for all Management Reporting related data flow from all businesses in the company • Monthly Performance Management: Responsible for Monthly Management Reporting with detailed Variance analysis to the Top Management of the company including Segmental Profitability Reporting & Variance Analysis within 2 working days to drive optimal decisions & superior performance. • Preparation of Monthly Management reporting (Monthly financial trackers) with ratio analysis for decision making for top management. • Support businesses with next month financial forecasts for presentation to top management & inclusion in their monthly decks • Help each business & support functions track their budget v/s actuals on a monthly basis • Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the Company • Preparation of Half Yearly Reforecasts of the budgets of the Company • Planning: Preparation of Long Range Plan (LRP) of the Company • Continuous engagement with all business teams; assist in new business simulations forecasting based on changed business environment / dynamics • Preparation of Board Presentations on quarterly basis. • Provide Auditors with various variance analysis and details as required during the quarter and year end audits • Ensure monthly reconciliation of Management accounts and Financial Accounts • Manage and monitor product wise business plans – Portfolio mix volumes Revenue Fees Cost of funds Opex NPA loans provisions and all related metrics Leadership Competencies: • Entrepreneurship • Strategic focus • Result orientation • Agility • Customer focus

Required Qualifications and Experience
* • CA with 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in management reporting. • Should be Preferably from Banking & Financial services industry or having previous BFSI experience. • Must possess strong business acumen to be able to understand key metrics of all the businesses in the company. • High motivational levels and need to be a self-starter. • Advanced Excel skills • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, communication skill, Negotiation and influencing skills, Relationship management skill.
