Job Title: Digital Content Marketing Manager
The Digital Content Marketing Manager is responsible for content strategy development for striderite.com and execution of all digital touch points including site, email, display, affiliate. They are a results-focused marketer who is skilled at measuring and analyzing performance data and translating into insights and actions and is excited to partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute. In addition, this person will be responsible for DTC Marketplace integrations across the Kids portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Lead content strategy, management, updates and day-to-day execution of striderite.com and other digital properties. Collaborate and partner with internal teams to actively develop and deliver digital content centered on brand priorities.
Translate design and market trends into seasonal brand stories and communication strategy for various digital channels.
Research, design and write content that engages our consumer base, educates them on our product offerings, and moves them into our loyalty program to gain the max lifetime value for each customer.
Develop digital content for owned, paid and earned channels.
Maintain promotional email and SMS calendar.
Manage content and budget for SEM/Affiliate.
Manage site updates aligned with promotions and industry trends.
Monitor, report on, and analyze the performance of new and existing content, adjusting and revising as needed.
Update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, mobile-friendliness and UX
Create and implement site content management process, outlining requirements and steps from creative concept to production.
Partner with Merch ensuring featured products are aligned with seasonal buys and continually optimized based on inventory and performance.
Plan ecom photoshoots according to marketing calendar needs content calendar.
Support marketplace needs with campaign updates, image needs, copy.
Degree in marketing, business, fashion, communications, retail preferred
3-5 years of previous digital marketing experience in content management and optimizing for engagement on a digital platform required
Deep understanding of audience segments and targeting content to meet the needs of various audiences
Hardworking with a passion for getting things done; Extremely detail oriented and organized
Ability to drive your own work independently, lead multiple projects with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities and manage ambitious deadlines
Strong analytical skills and experience drawing insights from external data
Experience with Google Analytics or similar tool
Savvy and resourceful – creative thinking needed
Strong writing experience
Basic SEO knowledge & keyword research experience
Shopify+ experience a plus
