If you live and breathe content and writing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile content strategist to join our small but agile team. We are looking for someone who loves generating great content, but also happens to be obsessed with SEO, conversion rates, and building awareness across owned channels. If you love researching, writing, editing, and amplifying stories through a compelling website experience, have an eye for top-quality B2B and HR marketing content, and a data-driven mindset to help connect content strategy to business results, please keep reading!
In this Role You Will:

Create the framework for planning, writing, editing, producing and distributing all formats of content to scale quickly and efficiently
Develop and implement effective SEO content strategies to drive, engage, and convert qualified traffic on
Create and execute against an editorial calendar; persona-based content map aligned to buying stages to support all go-to-market strategies
Lead our brand awareness / interest-driving content efforts (e.g. top of funnel), by collaborating with freelance writers, designers, sales professionals, customers, and industry experts to scope and produce compelling, search-optimized content for our blog, website, landing pages, social media channels, online profiles, etc.
Develop new interesting forms of content to engage audiences across the buyer journey
Work closely with marketing to develop messaging and content that supports demand generation
Maintain ongoing measurement of content KPIs
Oversee all copywriting

You’ll Know this Role is for You If You Have:

Excellent writing skills, and also great and verbal communication skills
3+ years in a content marketing or editorial role at a HR, eLearning company or high-growth SaaS company
A portfolio showcasing B2B content (webpages, landing pages, SEO-driven content, etc.) – we will 100% be asking for samples, so please share!
Experience working with freelancers and vendors to create branded content that sings
Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders
Demonstrated success with growing traffic and driving revenue through content marketing
A high sense of urgency and organization while managing multiple projects
A passion for following editorial governance: you love to coach other writers and vendors to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone
