Digital Marketing Coordinator
Riverworks Marketing is a team of good people helping businesses succeed! Headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, we design and build websites, manage digital advertising campaigns, design print advertising, perform market research, brand businesses, and have a depth experience in logo design, search engine optimization (SEO), blogging, email newsletters, and much more! We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented, and creative individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator.
This position plays a key supportive role for the team in various aspects of client services. It is a Swiss army knife position to assist Account Managers in many areas, and requires a positive, can-do attitude. The Marketing Coordinator must be detail oriented, organized and an analytical thinker. This Individual should be comfortable working in various digital platforms, and proactive in researching how to do things in various platforms, when necessary. Communication skills – both written and verbal are essential. A passion for marketing, and aspiring to be in the digital marketing field are a plus.
Job Duties

Create and update monthly and weekly reports for clients by pulling data from various platforms that outline each of the customers services and successes.
Email database administration including adding / removing contacts and managing contact lists.
Organizing monthly billing spreadsheets that include information from the project management system, and 3rd party platforms.
Assist clients in processing online credit card payments.
Add, update and optimize directory listings on various platforms, including Google Business Profile.
Monitor client reviews and respond with high quality, personalized responses.
Utilize reputation management software to set up new accounts and send out review requests.
Handle basic website updates, including uploading blogs.
Proofing and editing website, newsletter and print content, to ensure product excellence.
Write content for websites, and other areas, as needed.
Learn and implement keyword research and SEO processes that include SEO sitemaps and basic onsite optimization.
Learn the fundamentals of Google Ads and manage simple ad campaigns.
Support other team members in any way you can to serve our clients
