Job Description
Are you able to produce creative, persuasive copy? Combining fresh ideas with data to capture the attention of a target audience with the written word in their language and entice them to take action?

Your main role will consist of producing content and marketing collateral, and writing direct response copy for landing pages, ads, emails, and websites for internal and numerous external clients.
How your day will look like:

Your mission each day will be to help scale and grow small business clients from across many industries, and our own brand impact.
You will own the development of all performance copywriting, this includes direct response copy across multiple channels and platforms: landing pages, paid Ads, emails, utilizing performance data, and a deep understanding of our audiences and customer journeys to drive conversions.
You will work in collaboration with a Content Marker Specialist who produces content marketing materials for blogs and social media posts.

Goals of the position:

In a nutshell: your mission (goal is too loose) is to increase conversions.
To do that you must understand the Customer Journey and how copy impacts that.
You will constantly research and define target audiences for content/copy production.
You must interpret performance data and craft or modify copy accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communication, or a related field.
Demonstratable experience working with a team when building social media/marketing initiatives.
An interest in small businesses, their operations, and their cultural and societal mindset.
Creativity in the online space.
Unparalleled problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with best practices concerning SEO, content marketing, brand marketing/strategy, social media, and writing copy with impact.
Certification – a major plus but not required.
Comfortable working in a fully remote work environment (you must demonstrate experience in working remotely). Working remotely is extremely hard if not self-motivated and disciplined!
Extreme attention to detail in content creation and editing.
Perfect English grammar.

Interested candidates should enjoy working collaboratively with an integrated team. As a marketing organization, applicants need to be comfortable with online branding strategies, crafting content for digital spaces, staying current with market trends, as well as data measurement and analysis for social media.

You will have at least three years of direct-response copywriting in a fast-paced environment.
You have to love writing and engaging humans through words.
You are creative in your thinking and writing, blending research, data, and your style to produce copy that performs.
You are skilled at giving and taking constructive feedback.
You are comfortable taking the lead and collaborating with the team to define goals and strategies and backing up your work using data and audience insights.
You are hungry to be the best, working with the best.
Consumer Behavior & Basic Human Psychology: Words can be powerful, having an understanding of consumer behavior and basic human psychology will make it easier to find the winning recipe for content creation that strikes a chord and engages with the buyer persona.
Ability to adapt and learn very fast; we are a young dynamic team in a growing business.

This position is fully remote in a flexible work environment.
