About This Role

What if there was a better way to communicate? Like our audience, we grew up devouring Powder, Thrasher, and Surfer magazines. Cover-to-cover, article-by-article, we accompanied writers in their journeys across rugged terrain, into new trends, and pushed the limits of social norms. It was the kind of content that shaped us, made us think. It was the kind of content that got us waiting at the mailbox with bated breath. What if a tech company did that? What if we could create a collage of stories that took readers on a journey, rather than spit out AI speeds and feeds about tech and corporate missions? What if we could do that while simultaneously designing internal communications, partner communications, and at-the-level-and-cadence-of-public-companies communications that exceeded anyone’s expectations? We could change the world. Well, we’re a company that plans to do just that. We’re already changing the world (no, literally we’re changing the world) with our products and mission to make power personal (and by that…sometimes we mean actual electricity). Now it’s time to tell the story—to get everyone involved. So we’re in the market for the head wordsmith that can spin a yarn, make it vivid, and pull our readers into a movement that will change humanity. If you’ve got the creativity to transform a question into a tale, let’s talk.
