PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To help plan, organize & control the operations of a District and grow the business & attain agreed upon goals and profits. Manage Restaurant systems effectively to achieve Top Right Leadership & score card results.
People: Attract & Train a Fully Developed Bench (at all levels) of Service Obsessed People
P&L: Hit Annual Sales & Profit Plan

Accounting: Tight Accounting & Administrative Controls
Culture: Communicate & Drive Top Right Culture for Region Results
Growth: Ensure Execution of DL’s Top 5 and Enable GPS to Grow Your Region/Business

(Additional important duties/responsibilities)

Maintain an excellent working knowledge & proficiency in the performance of all phases of operations, including BOS.
Deliver complete Dl training to all new DL’s & provide them with the tolls to do their jobs.
Supervise, evaluate & motivate DL’s to perform to their highest possible level of ability.
Review the performance of each DL at least semi-annually and review all management appraisals with the DL on a semi-annual basis.
Monitor salaries of all District Management personal on an annual basis & make recommendation for adjustments when necessary.
Ensure the maintenance of all facilities & equipment. Approve all vendors & maintain District approved vendor list.
With the participation of the DL’s & Managers, prepare an annual forecast prior to the beginning of each year of sales & profits by period.
Review income statements, management bench report & performance standards & progress toward goals with the VP of Operations each period. Act to solve problems as necessary.
Communicate openly & honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others about plans, progress & problems.
Become involved with local community business leaders by participating in community activities & functions.
Maintain contact with Human Resources & Risk to resolve issues quickly.
Use & communicate with support center resources to help improve the business.
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above & beyond the parameters of this position description.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
