Director of Professional Services

We’re looking for a Director of Professional Services to provide the strategic vision and guide service delivery for ChartHop. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Experience, the Director of Professional Services is responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services. Partner with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams as we design, build, and implement solutions to help organizations of all shapes and sizes operate and scale more effectively.

As Director of Professional Services, you will:

Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a world-class Professional Service team capable of delivering our standard ChartHop offerings along with custom professional services. This team will include Implementation Specialists, Data Management Specialists, and other team members as defined by this leader.
Develop clear structure, processes and playbooks to deliver best-in-class services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Own the delivery of implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success metrics
Forecast and manage the Professional Services team to match the organic growth delivered by sales, ensuring the team is always properly staffed to implement new sales opportunities.
Own operational metrics, including time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time completion of projects
Collaborate closely with the other CX Leads to create a seamless customer journey from implementation through renewal.
Collaborate with sales to scope and deliver large professional services engagements.
Create strategic recommendations and best practices to help customer organizations succeed using ChartHop
Collaborate closely with the product organization to improve ChartHop’s current solution and highlight new business opportunities.
Be the voice for customers internally at ChartHop – proactively communicate customer stories, insights, value props, and feedback to help everyone at our company get better
Form positive customer relationships with executive stakeholders at key customers
Be a face of ChartHop for our growing customer base – represent our company values of transparent, inclusive, fast and optimistic and culture externally

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Professional Services, SaaS, consulting, or related company
Extensive knowledge of owning customer relationships, including commercial aspects
Experience of managing Implementation or Professional Services teams
Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management
Startup experience a plus

Salary range – $150K- $175K base plus bonus and equity
