1) Regular coordination with the customers and assisting customers reg. inquiries related to company’s products and services2) Sending quotation to customers for products and coordinate to receive purchase order3) Assisting customers about any troubles or inquiries that they might have4) Identifying customer needs5) Planning for despatch and get it done with coordination with the internal teams6) Maintain record and collection of all the outstanding accounts receivables from customers7) Sending payment reminders to customers in a timely manner8) Finding out new lead through internet research9) Maintaining stock and coordination with purchase department for timely availability of materials10) Performing other duties as required.Requirement:Female candidatesKolkata basedGraduateExcellent English (both verbal and written)Good Ms-Excel / Google sheets skillsGood follow up skillsHybrid model work.
