Full Job Description :-
Fleet Management Sales Development Rep
List the primary tasks that the incumbent will be expected to perform in this job. These are the inputs – what they put into the job. At the end of this document, you will provide the outputs – what the incumbent is held accountable for delivering.

Proactive prospecting of leads
Prioritize viable leads
Develop relationships within territory
Manage entire buyer journey, through to close
Regional travel required (25%)
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with CRM applications preferred
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

Demonstrated success in prospecting preferred
Experience collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
Awareness of trends in the fleet industry as well as new products, services, and technologies

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge: (Ranges from task-focused to integrating related functions, to broadly strategic integration)

Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
High level of integrity and strong commitment to success
Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment
Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge in own work. Expands fundamental knowledge in own function and broadens skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
