Roles and Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.).
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Submit reports on time and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Proven experience as Front Office cum Admin or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Email, MIS, E-ticketing, Hotel Booking and Legal Drafting.
Can read and write legal documents.
Graduate with Good communication.
Age 20 to 28.
