Jester Concepts currently looking to hire General Managers for our growing company! This is an amazing opportunity to develop and lead the success of our restaurants.

We are seeking organized, relationship focused General Managers that will oversee and manage the operations of our establishments.
Our ideal candidate will bring highly organized skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with our guests and staff, the ability to provide a safe and comfortable environment while holding true to our core value of staff accountability. Work in partnership with other teams, within Jester Concepts.
General Managers for this role need a deep understanding of guest relations, to be hospitality-centric and bring a strong focus on service. We want someone who is adept in all facets of operations, P&L interpretation, management, and everything in between. Bring your energy and passion for our concepts!
Store management experience A MUST.
Management experience in casual fine dining preferred.
Managing high volume dining experience preferred.
Demonstrate ability to develop strong relationships across all levels.
Hands on, floor driven General Manager, focus on guest experience, interaction, and overall service.
Ability to build, refine and implement SOPs and systems.
Manage steps of service in all departments.
Ability to hold staff accountable.
Strong ability to multi-task and delegate.
Polished presence and demeanor.
Strong financial acumen; ability to set budgets and build forecasts.
