As the Global Content Strategist, you will be responsible for strategy, coordination, and production of product support content for the TikTok For Business Help Center. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to own and support all things content-related on the Help Center. This person will have a strong foundation in project management, product writing, and content strategy. They will build relationships and communicate with different teams across the company in order to provide customers globally with positive experiences using content that educates, guides, and supports the advertiser’s journey towards success on TikTok For Business.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the execution of content requests by coordinating our content writers and designers and guiding them on best practices to ensure high-quality content output.
Explaining complicated product features and concepts in simple language using clear messaging with a consistent voice across the platform.
Working closely with product and product marketing teams, as well as collaborating with other cross-functional teams across the organization to create content for product launches.
Building relationships and communicating with various stakeholders in different regions around the world for building feedback mechanisms to optimize content.
Analyzing data, reporting on content metrics, and making data-driven decisions for improving the Help Center in terms of content and user experience.
Managing multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in content strategy or management
At least 1 year experience of product support writing within the advertising space, preferably with a technology company for a Help Center.
Communication skills, able to thrive in a global company speaking with different people in offices around the world.
Experience in quality control and managing output for content.
Strong work ethic and flexible, able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Task and process oriented, able to build workflows to improve efficiency.
Strategic thinker – approaches problems from a data-drive mindset.
Pays attention to detail and is mindful of small errors.
