Schedule 9am – 6pm EST (1 hour break) Monday – Thursday in office and Friday Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY
0 Percent is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our growing content team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us build our brand identity, as well as support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns. The role will be for someone who thrives working in a fast paced environment with the ability to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collateral including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing and event content. This position will be working at our Brickell Miami office, with the opportunity to work from home every Friday.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Collaborate and prepare with the company’s marketing team to conceptualize and develop design concepts required to support the companies marketing annisitives.
Completed all projects in a timely manner.
Able to design and create multi-media advertising campaigns (i.e. web banners such as animated GIFs, social media ad units, logos, email blast templates, print ads, brochures, etc.)
Retouch and manipulate photography as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and take direction from senior management.
Act as liaison with the company’s printing and copy companies.
KEY COMPETENCIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Digital (UI, UX, Sketch), Design principles, Typography, and InDesign.
Experience in branding and designing for print.
Excellent skills in design and layout for social media, emails and web design.
Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a social media and commercial environment.
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Problem solving.
Ability to work on-site at our Miami headquarters
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work REQUIRED
GED or High School Diploma required; Graphic Design or relevant field of study Certification, or BS in Business (Preferred)
Minimum (3) years of Graphic Design experience required
Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Video editing skills (i.e. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie) are a huge plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
Ability to work in an office environment.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Perform work with OSHA required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE.
