Job Summary:
The nation’s largest family-owned restoration contractor is seeking a Graphic Designer to create web graphics and marketing collateral consistent with brand image. Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while producing professional, client-facing deliverables. The core function of this role is to produce artwork; designs and email campaigns that captures ATI’s mission, as an award-winning firm.
Job Responsibilities:

Support Graphics Design Manager with artwork and designs
Create web graphics and marketing collateral consistent with brand image
Photoshop retouching and image selection for collateral
Design email campaigns
Maintain timely and efficient workflow as necessary
Edit videos for internal newsletters
Plans concept by studying information and materials.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


2+ years working in graphic design
B.A. degree in Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop
Familiarity with HTML emails
High levels of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas within the timing and scope of a project
Adaptable to creative challenges, deadlines, and project requirements
Knowledge of digital and print advertisements and associated media requirements and best practices
Ability to apply ATI branding on a wide variety of projects
Works well both collaboratively and independently
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Portfolio demonstrating relevant design skills required

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
Two to five years of experience in graphic design
