Job Profile: Qualification : Degree / Diploma Industry Type : Hotel, IT, Travel, FM Services, FresherOverall Experience : 0 – 2 years Industry Experience : 0 – 1 yearsTechnical Skills : MS Office & Mail communication Generic Skills : Communication, InterpersonalBehaviors : Team work, Learning attitude & Positive thinkingJob Aim: To provide helpdesk office duties in ensuring efficient & appropriately controlled environment as per Accenture processes & policies.Responsibilities: Generic JDMonitor and respond quickly to incoming requestsRespond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or emailUpdate employee / client on appropriate action takenAll relevant issues to be shared / transferred to respective teams at site & if required to involve the back-office teamRecord and maintain all requests received, raise tickets, follow up for closure and inform employee on resolution.Log all help desk interactions & prepare a monthly analysisFollow up with technical teams and users to ensure complete resolution of issuesRedirect problems to correct resource at site / back officeIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsInform site leads of recurring problems based on monthly analysisStay updated with current information and happenings.Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.Added Responsibilities (merged with above)Provide 24×7 helpdesk Services.Tracking all Calls / request till closure.To ensure timely Managing In-house Event and promos related poster with the closed datesCR, Café Booking for Large Events / Meeting & Learning LabsCondeco room booking is confirmed, check back with the end user on all the Setup required.Communication on requests and Café Bookings to entire team who is involved in the setup (Soft Services, M&E, IT, Etc.)Coordinate with vendor & Employee’s for business cards printingPersonal locker key management & maintain the key register.Issuing Café- Card for new joiners / other requestors and maintain the data.Sending Concur bills through courierManaging concur drop box and other drop boxesExit employee admin asset management.Managing SR tools and its escalations with shift executives.Management ResponsibilitiesAssist FM/AFM in generating reports.Adhere to TS & Shell SLA at all times.Assisting new joiners in learning the Helpdesk process and policies.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bagami tech park, Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Call Center Occupations: 1 year (Required)
