It is known for delivering IT Support, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Back Office Support, Data Entry services to clients across diverse sectors in the US Market. Belgium Diamonds LLC, Belgium WebNet LLC, Belgium Properties LLC, Belgium Times LLC & Green Cars NY LLC are our Prime Business Associates. Since 1988 they specialize in Wholesale Diamonds, Fine Watches, IT & Real Estate. Preference will be given to a candidate who has experience in technical recruitment to hire Developers, UI/UX designers, Digital Marketing professionals, etc.
Candidate should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to HR activities.
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process & Improvement in recruitment and selection process.
Salary management which includes payroll system and salary prepare salary structure for all employees.
Preparation and monitoring attendance and leave policy.
Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions for different vacancies.
Understanding of Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc.
Maintenance of employees’ personal files, Records, Database.
Assess and Identify training needs to design and conduct training programs.
Design and implement Employee welfare measures and promotion policies.
Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication, counseling & should have good knowledge to plan employee engagement activities.
Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Indeed, and other Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook, etc.
Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, command over MS Word and Excel
