WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
Develop innovative and efficient design solutionsand execute all phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectations.
Lead all design effort on a project, from programming and concept design through construction documentation.
Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials.
Participate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment.
Work with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administration.
Mentor, motivate, and inspire other staff designers.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent
8+ years of related experience
NCIDQ certification, pursuing or currently certified, preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively amongst project stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills, proficient with MS office applications.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Revit software
Knowledge of Adobe software
