KFE Group LLC is a Florida-based real estate hospitality investment company that provides an end-to-end solution from acquiring properties to managing investments through hospitality platforms. The Company’s portfolio boasts over 50 investment properties with annual projected revenue of $10M. With operations in South Florida, KFE Group is experiencing hyper-growth and is looking for a passionate interior designer assistant who will be responsible and self-driven. As an interior designer in our company, you will play a huge role in designing and creating a luxurious hospitality experience. The person will provide planning, design, spatial implementation, and furnishing of commercial spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing a fresh perspective and a positive impact through design and working in a creative, collaborative environment. It is imperative that this person be willing to go the extra mile for the team, the company, and themselves. This person must be passionate about their work and career-oriented.

Create 3D renderings of furniture and implement impeccable spatial design
Conduct product and material research with the assistance of the design team
Prepare a selection and provide specifications for all materials including flooring, tile, wall treatments, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and hardware.
Lead the design team with furniture and decor styling.
Work on projects through all phases of design
Visiting the properties to determine the final design decision and implementing the design layout
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comprehensive knowledge in drafting interior design drawing packages including finish plans and material specification, schedules, and RCP
Prepare and maintain project files, correspondence, drawings, etc.
Create and continually update spec sheets as needed
Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external guests.
Work closely with purchasers, assistant designers, suppliers, architects, and general contractors
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor


Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or architecture 4 + yr. minimum work experience in the field
Proficient knowledge of design concepts, programming, and space planning
Skilled in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture
Outstanding graphic presentation skills
Proficient in 3D rendering software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through
Outgoing, friendly personality; enjoys interacting with people
Provide current Portfolio of work

Salary: 80-100K. based on experience plus benefits
