Under immediate supervision, maintains the proper inventory levels for products including, but not limited to, tires, wheels, accessories and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) for their designated area(s) based on Company guidelines..
Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors entire supply chain operation and the impact it has on each store within the designated region.
Determines the basic component set up through analysis of inventory factors, including but not limited to, reviewing forecasts, monthly exceptions, order cycles, lead times, inventory, sales, lost sales, seasonality, store procurement and capacity challenges.
Provides basic analysis of store market trends, profitability, supplier availability, backorders, customer fill rate and retail price fluctuations through data mining/exporting from various databases including, but not limited to, SAP/Bex/Microstrategy and JDA (replenishment software); takes action to troubleshoot/ mitigate issues while keeping store, regional and Company strategies in mind.
Maintains inventory mix and volume with a focus on Company strategies; identifies, executes and notifies stakeholders.
Monitors actions taken by other divisions of the Product Business Segment to ensure optimal inventory levels and takes action to troubleshoot/ mitigate issues when necessary.
Collaborates with regional executive staff and stores on various topics, including but not limited to Product marketing, inventory, special projects, logistics and strategy.
Analyzes and prepares for additional purchases, including, but not limited to promotions, winter product, price increases, backorders, store requests, expected demand increases, special buys and goal purchases.
Performs basic analysis of new store setup to ensure proper marketing structure and inventory levels. Completes new store process; monitors store opening.
Analyzes and transfers product to maintain optimal inventory.
Troubleshoots and resolves basic shipping and receiving matters; determines logistical solutions for alternate order schedules and analyzes delivery frequency changes.
Participates in determining yearly department goals, measurements, scoreboards, and tracking the progress.
Assists employees, vendors and customers by answering questions related to inventory management procedures and services.
Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of one-year supply chain or Company store experience.
Company store experience is preferred. Experience with Microstrategy, SAP, Bex, JDA or other inventory management software is preferred.
Strong mathematical and analytical ability is necessary.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills with Word, Excel and Access is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary.
Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, are essential.
The ability to work within a team is necessary. In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires an Associate’s degree or three years equivalent work experience in supply chain, inventory management, or company store experience. Additional college level classes in supply chain, business or related are beneficial.
