Full Job Description :-
White Elephant Resorts is seeking a Help Desk Manager to manage our company’s computer infrastructure and manage the IT helpdesk. The ideal candidate will be proficient in IT administration in a Windows Server environment spread out over multiple geographical locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer system troubleshooting, planning and executing infrastructure and server improvements, and experience supporting users in a high demand environment.
*Relocation to Nantucket required
RESPONSIBILTIES:

Assist the helpdesk in daily tickets and tasks as well as managing the members of the helpdesk.
Windows server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, System Center, O365, Remote Access, etc)
Network infrastructure administration (Cisco ASA, VLAN Management, Routing, VPN, etc)
Provide TIER II support to staff and guests with issues relating to computer systems, Telephone System and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Prepare and install new equipment including servers, storage, printers, computers, monitors, wifi, etc.
Work as part of an on-call rotation with other members of the IT Helpdesk
Maintain positive guest relations at all times, resolve complaints expeditiously and ensure guest satisfaction.
Work with VP of IT to plan future upgrades and expansion to new properties
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills
5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator (preferably in a hospitality environment)
Microsoft certification or Cisco certification is desired, but not required
Experienced in telephone and ethernet wiring and diagnostics
Close attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff
Excellent technical diagnostic skills
