Full Job Description :-
Assists with completion of corrective actions (8D’s) for customer related concerns and discussing actions taken with the customer as required
Supports Scrap reduction efforts through problem solving and process optimization
Generate any associated quality documentation requirements, such as work instructions, manufacturing changes and 8D reports
Supports process flow, assembly line layout, assembly work standards, and designs fixtures to ensure high quality and repeatable production of parts
Participates in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for products
Performs investigation on part nonconformities, customer complaints & Corrective & Prevention Action (CAPA)
Verifies conformance of activities to job procedures, GMP and safety procedures
Keeps abreast of new/developing technologies and trends within automotive plastic manufacturing
Advanced manufacturing line problem solving related to manufacturing process related defects
Drives Lean Manufacturing Initiatives through basic TPM, Kaizen and Lean methods
Supports Customer Audits and visits through knowledge and process sharing
Supports TPM program by providing mentoring and training to peers, technicians and operator personnel
Performs load calculations and equipment layouts
Other duties as may be assigned

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
