Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Calypso support Position
In this role, you would be responsible for
Support Production System of Calypso and front to back office applications.
Manage User queries and System Administration
Knowledge and understanding of trade lifecycle, message workflow, payment workflow
Continuous Improvement Focus and Tooling to improve efficiency
Coordinate with primary stakeholders regarding strategic release management planning activities, including socialization and associated communications.
Computer Science or equivalent degree
5 to 8 years of experience with at least 4 years as Calypso Dev/Support/BA should be willing to work in a Production Support environment.
Must have Calypso Technical and Functional product knowledge
Experience in production support / UAT Support practices like Issue communication / incident management / change management, preferably in an investment banking environment would be an advantage
Candidate should possess working knowledge of Linux and SQL.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to Root Cause Analysis and focus on Long term solutions
Good to have understanding on Java/J2ee, which will help to understand the artifact.
Fluency in spoken and written English
Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure/multi-tasking
Strong sense of personal responsibility
Good team player. Capable of working under a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Willing to work in shifts (APAC and UK shift)
Rotation based weekday and weekend on-call support for application emergencies or releases
Exposure to troubleshooting in Application Management environment
University Graduate with a technical engineering degree/MCA
Good command of spoken and written English
Good presentation skills
