Full Job Description :-
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Lead Project Manager for Bangalore to manage Office interior fit-out projects for our client – a leader in design and technology with a team of 2000+ members pan India.

About the role:
Lead, Project manager (Office interior fit-out projects). To be responsible for managing projects in the office interior fit-out sector. for the NCR region who will be responsible for managing multiple corporate interiors projects and be a point of contact between key project stakeholders from the Clients side

Key Responsibilities:
Planning

Implement an appropriate and effective project or program management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required
Define and implement criteria for control and management of the project
Co-ordinate and direct end-user input throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project budget, including risk allowance
Monitor and control changes/variations following approval by Client

Team & Site management

Co-ordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders
Establish a mechanism to ensure collaborative problem solving with the site delivery team, which will involve regular dialogue with contractors, team working and risk-sharing
Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company

Contract management

Negotiate and convert contracts as required by the project
Oversee the award of contracts and ensure the client and Livspace is adequately protected
Chair meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner
Accurately check and sign-off on all payment certificates and invoices
Ensure accurate finalization of client accounts, provide substantiated recommendations for variations and ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules

Client management

Look for opportunities to improve the client’s position in regard to return and value
Identify and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably
Develop and maintain good relationships with client representatives, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners
Manage and coordinate the project handover phase with contractors, client contractors, tenants and building managers.

Key Requirements to Success:

Proven ability to provide vision and leadership
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex projects for brands and businesses- office spaces, retail and hotels.
Proven ability to manage client expectations and build on existing relationships for long term partnerships and repeat business
A recognized leader with the ability to articulate vision and values; create and adopt new ways of thinking and working; engage and motivate at all levels within the organization; and maintain a creative, collaborative, productive, and positive work environment
10 or more years of experience in corporate / workplace interior design and build projects.
