Job Summary: The Manager Trainee is a member of the store management team and supports the Store Manager in the leadership and management of store staff and daily operations. This position will have supervisory responsibility and will ensure that the store operates in an effective and efficient manner. Throughout the program, Manager Trainees will develop and enhance operational management and leadership skills through structured training opportunities, hands-on application of L&M procedures, and leadership principles.
